Villa Catur Kembar - complete description
Catur Kembar is Balinese highly refined language for 'identical four'. On the compound there are a total of four units of villas. Two units, each is with 3 bedrooms, can be rented as two bed rooms, three bedrooms, or even six bedrooms. When it is rented as two bedrooms, one room is definitely locked.
Each villa is identical, a two storey residence set on a 300 m2 plot with 250 m2 floor space has two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the master bedrooms also features a walk in wardrobe. On the upper deck is a smaller air-conditioned room which can be used as a third guest bedroom or office.
The villas have been designed to take advantage of the tropical climate so the social areas such as lounge, dining area, upper deck and kitchen are open living style. The decor follows traditional Balinese architecture with local terracotta, marble hardwoods and antique wood carvings throughout.
For the avid golfer, just 25 minutes drive away is the world renowned Nirwana Golf & Country Club. Ranked among the top 5 best golf courses in Asia this course, which was designed by Greg Norman, is both challenging and unique. It has four holes along the Indian ocean and is well known for its signature par 3, the hole overlooking Tanah Lot temple.
